It's hard to believe that summer is already over- this year is just flying by! We have a few quick updates for you as we head into fall and begin thinking about the upcoming holiday gift-giving season.

If you are using older product images, we ask that you please update to the new, better representative, images. Graphics are a free download, and are located in the Retail Support section of our catalog. Need something specific which we haven't made? Let us know!
The holidays are coming!
It may be only September, but for us it's time to start thinking about the winter holiday season. Our rope kits are popular holiday gifts and we recommend that you start thinking about your stock levels now. We ask that all large restock orders (15 total units or greater) be placed by October 31st to ensure delivery ahead of peak holiday shopping season. We will however continue accepting smaller wholesale orders through the holidays. As all of our rope is small-batch and hand-finished, smaller orders placed on a more frequent basis tend to have a much quicker turnaround time.

Expanded shipping options
For those of you who don't bill shipping directly to a UPS or FedEx account, we have added some new shipping choices. You can now opt to have your order shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business day service, including Saturdays) or UPS Ground (2-7 business day service, M-F only). UPS rates are based on order weight rather than value, so this should help out quite a bit for those smaller orders.
